This battle MC invented by the Belgian Chapter of the Zulu Nation is a competition with MC from several francophone countries. Each country organizes its qualification to elect these representatives at Final Battle who takes place at the Lille Aeronef. This network can allow everyone to get some experience in the various MC Battle and use these events as an international launch pad for their career.
Red Bull BC One is an annual international B-Boy competition organized by the energy drink company Red Bull. It is an individual B-Boy competition, notable for being the only one of the major international breaking championships to not include a crew event. The main event is a knockout tournament featuring sixteen B-Boys, chosen for exceptional skills in the dance and good character, competing in one-on-one battles decided by a panel of five judges.
Street Knowledge TV is the first audiovisual program completely dedicated to the Hip Hop culture in Belgium.. For more than five years, this concept has been broadened to the radio with the creation of a broadcast every Monday from 20h to 22h on Radio 97.8 FM KIF.
The Universal Zulu Nation is the first organisation worldwide who celebrates the true Hip Hop Anniversary since the beginning.
Each Chapter has to give respect to the foundation and remind the Community where we all come from.
This battle MC is set up by the chapter of the Zulu Nation since 1996. We would like to create a network of existing MC's in Belgium and who share their artistic life in the Battle MC but also their personal productions. This network can allow everyone to get some experience in the various MC Battle and use these events as a launch pad for their career.
In collaboration with the association SKINFAMA, Zulu Nation organizes conferences around the Hip Hop Culture highlighting specific themes and presented by speakers chosen by the organizers. These conferences are held each quarter in the Kaaitheater Forum in Brussels.
At the Battle Of The Year Benelux the best and most innovative B-Boy crews from Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourgh will battle for Benelux supremacy. The winner represents the Benelux at the BOTY International (World Championships).
The Battle Of The Year is a platform for B-Boys and Hip Hop culture in general and an opportunity for all participants to express themselves in a peaceful and non-racist environment. Zulu Nation Belgium and Holland are the official organizers of BOTY Benelux.
